The invention relates to a stair tread for construction and a using method of the stair tread for construction. The stair tread comprises L-shaped tread bodies, a plurality of first threaded holes are formed in a horizontal plate of each L-shaped tread body, a connecting plate is horizontally arranged at the end of a vertical plate of each L-shaped tread body, second threaded holes matched with the first threaded holes are formed in each connecting plate, every two L-shaped tread bodies are connected in a matched mode through cooperation of bolts, the first threaded holes and the second threaded holes, and the L-shaped tread bodies and the connecting plates are made of hard aluminum alloy. The stair tread is formed by assembling the multiple L-shaped tread bodies; the stair tread with different lengths can be assembled according to the actual height. The stair tread manufactured with the using method can be disassembled and assembled; in this way, the problem that the length of an existing wood stair cannot be adjusted according to the actual height, so that the utilization of the stair is limited is solved.
