The invention relates to an elastic telescopic type external door lock with multiple opening modes. The elastic telescopic type external door lock with the multiple opening modes comprises a front lock cylinder, a disengagement and engagement assembly, a lock liner plate and a rear lock cylinder, wherein the lock liner plate is fixed in a lock case, the disengagement and engagement assembly is limited to the lock liner plate, and the lock case is covered with a cover plate; the front lock cylinder is limited to the cover plate, the rear lock cylinder is limited to the lock case, the front lock cylinder is fixedly connected with a shifting fork through an opening rod, and the rear lock cylinder is fixed to a rear lock cylinder bush which is fixedly connected with the shifting fork. The position of a key of the front lock cylinder is sleeved with a lock cylinder housing in which a lock cylinder cover is additionally arranged, and a battery box cover is fixed to the lock case and located on the rear lock cylinder. A lock body panel is fixed to one side of the lock case and arranged on a spring bolt of a spring bolt plate in the disengagement and engagement assembly in a sleeving mode, and a door frame distributed corresponding to the lock body panel is provided with opposite door paste boxes. The elastic telescopic type external door lock has the advantages of being novel in structure and reliable in performance and taking safety and convenience both into consideration.
