The invention relates to a gate hinge, and particularly relates an extra-heavy swing gate hinge, and belongs to the technical field of hinges. The extra-heavy swing gate hinge is characterized by comprising multiple upper hinges (1) and a lower hinge (2).Each upper hinge (1) comprises a fan hinge body (10), a frame hinge body (20), a radial knuckle bearing (30) and a door shaft. The lower hinge (2) comprises the fan hinge body (10), the frame hinge body (20), the radial knuckle bearing (30), a thrust knuckle bearing (60), a one-way thrust ball bearing (50) and the door shaft. The fan hinge bodies (10) are welded to the door shaft. The lower portion of the door shaft is fixed to a supporting framework, the periphery of the lower portion of the door shaft is provided with the radial knuckle bearing (30), and radial limiting adjusting is carried out. The lower end of the door shaft of the lower hinge body (2) is provided with the one-way thrust ball bearing (50), and axial supporting is carried out on the door shaft. The lower end of the thrust ball bearing (50) is provided with the thrust knuckle bearing (60).
