Prefabrication method and construction method of concrete pile
The invention aims to provide a prefabrication method of a concrete pile. The prefabrication method comprises the following steps: (1) manufacturing a shaping mold, a high-strength steel wire cage and a twisted steel cage; (2) putting the high-strength steel wire cage and the twisted steel cage in the shaping mold and arranging a pile head connecting part; (3) filling prepared required concrete into the shaping mold, and tensioning the high-strength steel wire cage; (4) centrifugally compacting and molding the concrete; (5) curing and demolding; (6) pouring the concrete into a central hole to obtain a pre-stressed reinforced concrete solid pile provided with anchoring ribs. The invention also discloses a construction method of a carrier pile of a prefabricated concrete pile body. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) sinking a protective cylinder or an outer tube to a set depth by power; (2) reinforcing a pile end by adopting one of various methods; (3) repeatedly operating and detecting the compactness by adopting one of two methods; (4) performing prefabricated concrete pile body construction by adopting one of the two methods; (5) when manufacturing a pile top bearing beam, connecting the reserved anchoring ribs of the prefabricated concrete pile body with steel bars inside the bearing beam.
