The invention discloses a bracket alarming device for an excavating loader. The device comprises two outer brackets (2) which are integrally connected with a frame, two inner brackets (1) which are respectively mounted on the corresponding outer brackets (2) through bracket oil cylinders (4), two sensors (3) which are respectively mounted on the corresponding outer brackets (2), two alarm lamps (6), a controller (7) and an alarming buzzer (8), wherein the two alarm lamps (6), the controller (7) and the alarming buzzer (8) are mounted in the cab; the controller (7) is respectively connected with the two sensors (3), the alarming buzzer (8), a gear handle (10) and a power supply; the sensors (3) are respectively connected with the alarm clamp (6) and the power supply; the gear handle (10) is connected with the power supply through a transmission (9). According to the device, the bracket alarm lamp and the alarming buzzer are used for performing double-layer alarming; the forward moving and backward moving are linked, so that the safety and the reliability of the whole device can be further improved.
