Anti-aging aluminum oxide ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses anti-aging aluminum oxide ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic comprises raw materials in parts by weight as follows: 80-140 parts of aluminum oxide, 10-20 parts of zinc oxide, 1-6 parts of silicon dioxide, 10-20 parts of copper oxide, 10-40 parts of nickel oxide, 10-20 parts of hydroxyapatite and 10-20 parts of polybutylene succinate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: aluminum oxide, zinc oxide, silicon dioxide, copper oxide, nickel oxide, hydroxyapatite and polybutylene succinate are added to a reaction still, an inert gas is introduced, and the mixture reacts for 3-4 h at the temperature of 1,000-1,500 DEG C and is cooled naturally. The inert gas is adopted to serve as a sintering atmosphere, a glass phase can be placed in a crystallization position, and the glass phase is prevented from degradation and ageing in a body.
