Calcium phosphate iron bioceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a calcium phosphate iron bioceramic and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of biomaterials. The bioceramic is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of tertiary calcium phosphate, 12-20 parts of iron oxide, 4-8 parts of nano tin oxide, 10-18 parts of ferric sulfate, 6-12 parts of calcium hydrophosphate and 2-5 parts of magnesium oxide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing; (2) ball milling; (3) cold press molding; (4) high-temperature calcining; (5) cooling. The bioceramic has the function of promoting bone growth, and can slowly release the elements of calcium, phosphorus and iron in the process of implanting the human body; and besides, the mechanical property is improved, and the bioceramic is an ideal bone substitute and renovating material.
