The high-strength carbon fiber enhanced aluminum oxide ceramic matrix composite is characterized by being prepared from raw materials in parts by weight as follows:60-70 parts of aluminum oxide, 10-13 parts of modified high-elastic carbon fiber, 3-5 parts of boron nitride, 3-4 parts of lithium oxide, 5-8 parts of acrylic acid-2-hydroxy ethyl ester, 0.03-0.06 parts of cyclohexanone peroxide, 3-4 parts of a chitosan-acetic acid solution, 0.3-0.5 parts of a crosslinking agent TAIC, 10-15 parts of anorthite, 2-3 parts of sodium hexametaphoshpate, 20-30 parts of ethanol and 40-60 parts of deionized water. With modified high-strength carbon fiber as an enhancing phase, the high-strength carbon fiber enhanced aluminum oxide ceramic matrix composite has the advantages of excellent oxidation resistance, improvement of ceramic toughness and strength, high-temperature and low-temperature resistance, good thermal conductivity and small expansion coefficient; added anorthite can reduce drying shrinkage and deformation of a blank body, the drying performance is improved, the drying time is shortened, accordingly, the blank body is compact, void is reduced, and the mechanical strength and the dielectric property are improved.
