The invention relates to an electric furnace snowmelt type airport runway and taxiway, which comprises a plate-type airport runway, convex unballasted tracks, and a ground tile type pavement, wherein reinforcing steel bars are placed in an iron casting box, concrete is poured and curing is performed to obtain the fixed concrete plate so as to form the ground tile type pavement on the plate-type airport runway, the convex unballasted track is fixed on the crosstie, a plug is inserted into the power supply jack of the electric furnace and is connected with a power supply switch through a power supply line, the ground tile type pavement is placed between the two conical positioning clamps on the two parallel convex unballasted tracks, the electric furnace is placed between the position under the ground tile type pavement and the ground, the bottom surface of the iron casting box is a conical chamfer, the box wall is provided with a lifting ring, and the crosstie is casted on the roadbed. With the electric furnace snowmelt type airport runway and taxiway of the present invention, ice accumulation and snow accumulation are not generated on the airport runway and taxiway, such that the equipment, the supplies, the manpower and the time for snow removal are eliminated, the normal takeoff and the normal landing of the aircraft are ensured, and the benefits are provided for the development of the national economy.
