The invention relates to an energy dissipation jointing component and a shock-resisting structure body using the energy dissipation jointing component. The energy dissipation jointing component comprises a jointing plate, which is provided with two jointing sections and an energy dissipation section, wherein the two jointing sections are used for jointing a structure body, and the energy dissipation section is situated between the two jointing sections; the energy dissipation section is provided with a plurality of groove holes, and every groove hole has a length and a width; and a plurality of bolts, wherein steel plates of the energy dissipation section are provided with groove holes in parallel, and the groove holes are equipped with bolts in parallel; the steel plates are bundled by the bolts to generate external deformation; the bolts in every groove hole can be glided on the planes of the steel plates. Both ends of the energy dissipation section are firmly jointed with the structural body. Every bolt is provided with a head part, and outside diameter of every head part is less than the length of every groove hole, but more than the width of every groove hole. The energy dissipation jointing component can convert the external force acted on the structural body on the uniform tension force and pressure of the energy dissipation section, so as to avoid damaging the structural body for concentrated stress.
