The invention discloses a maintenance-free drainage ditch biological corridor. The maintenance-free drainage ditch biological corridor comprises an overlapping plate which horizontally stretches across a drainage ditch and reversed beams which are positioned on the two side edges of the overlapping plate; a hidden beam which is downwards embedded into each of the side walls of the drainage ditch is formed in each of the two ends of the overlapping plate; the two reversed beams respectively extend a distance downwards to form a semi-closed area with the overlapping plate; a plurality of water vapor through holes are formed in the overlapping plate in an array at intervals; geotextile is laid on the overlapping plate and soil is filled to form a planting layer. According to the drainage ditch biological corridor, the plurality of water vapor holes are formed in the overlapping plate, so that water vapor transpired from the drainage ditch can enter into the overlapping plate to increase the humidity of the soil of the planting soil layer above the overlapping plate; simultaneously, the reversed beams on the two sides extend downwards to form the semi-closed area with the overlapping plate, the transpired water vapor is prevented from diffusing, and a water vapor-enriched area is formed below the overlapping plate, so that the sod vitality can still be maintained to attract animals to pass without artificially irrigating and caring the biological corridor; therefore, the self-maintenance of biological corridor ecology is realized.
