Double-driving variable speed gate hoist
The invention provides a double-driving variable speed gate hoist; the hoist comprises a high-speed motor, a low-speed motor, a bearing nut, a threaded rod, a planetary gear speed reduction component, a multi-stage speed reduction gear unit and a few teeth difference speed reduction gear unit; the planetary gear speed reduction component, the multi-stage speed reduction gear unit and the few teeth difference speed reduction gear unit are arranged in a transmission case; the few teeth difference speed reduction gear unit is composed of a first flow dividing gear, an idle wheel meshed with the first flow dividing gear, a second flow dividing gear meshed with the idle wheel, and a cam mechanism arranged outside the bearing nut; the cam mechanism is connected with a transmission shaft of each of the first flow dividing gear and the second flow dividing gear by a cam transmission shaft; the first flow dividing gear is meshed with a tail end gear of the planetary gear speed reduction component; the high-speed motor is connected with the input end of a planetary carrier of the planetary gear speed reduction component; the low-speed gear is connected with the input end of the planetary gear speed reduction component by the multi-stage speed reduction gear unit. According to the double-driving variable speed gate hoist disclosed by the invention, the problem that the current worm wheel and worm hoisting mechanism cannot hoist a pressure gate under a large capacity is solved, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
