The invention discloses a tube seam grouting combined anchor rod body and relates to an anchor rod body with a tube seam anchor rod used as a grouting tube or a grouting tube anchor rod of geotechnical engineering support. The combined anchor rod body aims at overcoming the defects that primary support tube seam anchor rods and secondary rock and soil grouting reinforcement grouting tubes or grouting tube anchor rods in prior geotechnical engineering support are not considered as a whole, a plurality of rock and soil support reinforcement construction links are included, the technological process is complex, conventional tube seam anchor rod bodies are opening non-closed rings and cannot be used as grouting tubes, and prior conventional tube seam anchor rod anchor force is low. The anchor rod body comprises a section local concave hollow high-strength thin-wall steel tube, a hollow steel tube bolt and hole sealing materials. An inner groove is formed along the overall length longitudinal direction, the hollow steel tube bolt is connected and fixed with an outer end opening of the section local concave hollow high-strength thin-wall steel tube, and the hole sealing material is disposed in an outer end opening longitudinal groove of the thin-wall steel tube. The anchor rod body is used for primary tube seam anchor rod support and later secondary rock and soil grouting reinforcement and used as a grouting tube or a grouting tube anchor rod, the anchor force is large, the rock and soil reinforcement effect is good, and the construction process is simple.
