Temperature monitoring based crack control method for bottom board
The invention relates to a temperature monitoring based crack control method for a bottom board. The method comprises the steps of binding a reinforcement cage of the bottom board at the set location; arranging an electric heating device on the top surface of the reinforcement cage; arranging a first temperature sensor on the top surface of the reinforcement cage; arranging a second temperature sensor in a set distance from the top surface of the reinforcement cage; arranging a die plate of the bottom board at the outer side of the reinforcement cage, wherein the die plate encircles a pouring space; pouring concrete into the pouring space; acquiring the first temperature detected by the first temperature sensor and the second temperature detected by the second temperature senor on real time during solidifying the concrete; controlling the operation of the electric heating device to reduce the temperature difference between the first temperature and the second temperature. According to the method, the electric heating device is used for supplying heat to the concrete surface and controlling the temperature of the concrete surface, so that the problem that the surface is cracked due to large temperature gradient during expanding as temperature raises and contracting as temperature lowers down can be avoided.
