The invention discloses a connecting node of a prefabricated air conditioner panel and a prefabricated shear wall. The connecting node comprises a prefabricated wall body, the prefabricated air conditioner panel and a split bolt, wherein the prefabricated wall body is provided with an inner side notch and an outer side notch at node positions; the prefabricated air conditioner panel is provided with an air conditioner panel longitudinal rib, a steel rib sleeve and a V-shaped gap; the prefabricated air conditioner panel is connected with the prefabricated wall body by the split bolt; afterwards, cement mortar is plastered at the inner side notch of the wall body; seams are sealed by waterproof mortar at the outer side notch of the wall body, and thus the node construction is implemented. The connecting node disclosed by the invention can be used for solving the technical problems that in the prior art, the connection position of the connecting node of the prefabricated air conditioner panel and the prefabricated shear wall is limited, the node is complex in form, the construction is relatively difficult and the like. The connecting node disclosed by the invention has the advantages of being simple in process, convenient and rapid in construction and the like; the novel technology can be widely applied to connection of the prefabricated air conditioner panel and the prefabricated shear wall and is wide in engineering application prospect.
