Fiber-reinforced concrete permanent formwork and fabricating method thereof
The invention provides a fiber-reinforced permanent formwork and a fabricating method thereof. The formwork contains a fiber-reinforced concrete material, wherein the material contains the ingredients in parts by mass: 29-37 parts of cement, 3-9 parts of silicon micropowder, 7-14 parts of mineral powder, 37-49 parts of quartz sand, 3-7 parts of fibers, 6-8 parts of water, 0.6-0.9 part of water reducing agent and antifoaming agent, of which the dosage is 4-5% that of the water reducing agent; the fibers are a mixture of steel fibers and nonmetallic fibers. The method comprises the steps of fixing a steel wire mesh, mixing dry materials, mixing wet materials, casting, carrying out forming curing and carrying out interface treatment. The fiber-reinforced concrete material is also applicable to pipelines, reservoirs and nuclear waste treatment pools, besides building structures. According to the fiber-reinforced concrete permanent formwork and the fabricating method thereof, the heat insulation durability and safety of exterior walls are enhanced; after concreting reaches strength, a bracket is removed, and the permanent formwork and a wall body are permanently fixed together; the traditional construction process is replaced, the cost and construction difficulty of the formwork are reduced, and the construction period is greatly shortened.
