The invention relates to a wall cloth plus material with a shape memory function for forming fresh air. The wall cloth plus material comprises a plus material body (1), wherein the plus material body is of a latticed structure constructed by weaving wefts and warps; the wefts are made of memory fiber polyester; the front side of the plus material body is coated with a polyurethane layer (4), a flax fiber core layer (5) and a ramie fiber layer (6) in sequence; the back side of the plus material body is coated with a base layer (7); the base layer (7) is made of a fabric; electric heating wires are arranged inside the fabric; a power supply controller and a switch are arranged outside the fabric, and are electrically connected with the electric heating wires; a negative oxygen ion generator is arranged in the power supply controller. The wall cloth plus material has the characteristics of bacteria resistance, bacteriostasis, deodorization, adsorption, moisture absorption, ventilation, mold resistance and wear resistance. The negative oxygen ion generator can release negative oxygen ions, so that fresh air can be formed around the user during use of an electric-heating fabric, and the health of the user is facilitated.
