The invention discloses a portable electric paint spray gun. The portable electric paint spray gun comprises a spray gun body, a storage barrel and a pick-up tube, wherein the storage barrel is communicated with the spray gun body through the pick-up tube, a tubular nozzle is formed in an opening in the front end of the spray gun body, one end of the pick-up tube is connected with the nozzle, and the other end of the pick-up tube is connected with the storage barrel; the nozzle in the front end of the tubular nozzle is movably connected with a spray shape adjusting valve, an operating handle is further arranged below the spray gun, and a control switch is arranged on the operating handle. The portable electric paint spray gun provided by the invention is simple in structure, convenient to use and high in adhesive force, the spraying coatings can be uniformly distributed, and different shapes can be sprayed.
