The invention discloses a double-layer three-dimensional parking garage. The double-layer three-dimensional parking garage comprises lower parking mechanisms and upper paring mechanisms which are positioned right above the lower parking mechanisms; each upper parking mechanism can rotate around the corresponding lower parking mechanism and integrally translates to the side of the same horizontal plane as that of the lower parking mechanism; each lower parking mechanism comprises a [-shaped machine frame which is fixed to a floor base; a lower vehicle bearing plate is mounted on the upper surface of each machine frame; two-links are respectively mounted at the four corners of each machine frame positioned below the corresponding lower vehicle bearing plate; a driving device which is used for driving each lower vehicle bearing plate to translate is arranged in the middle of a longitudinal beam of the corresponding machine frame; each driving device comprises a mobile driver and a stroke increasing mechanism which is used for shortening the stroke of the mobile driver; each mobile driver is fixed to the middle of the longitudinal beam of the corresponding machine frame; one end of each stroke increasing mechanism is connected with the corresponding mobile driver; the other end of each stroke increasing mechanism is connected with the corresponding lower vehicle bearing plate. The lower parking mechanisms of the double-layer three-dimensional parking garage all adopt rotating pairs and are provided with the stroke increasing mechanisms, so that the translating speed of the lower vehicle bearing plate is greatly improved. The requirement on floor is low when the double-layer three-dimensional parking garage is mounted; the manufacturing cost is low.
