The invention relates to an electric power safety protection sleeve. Cement telegraph poles are commonly applied in power supply circuits, circular concrete pile casings are used at present and are mostly made of cements, detritus and the like, and a lot of rubbles and cements are needed for fixing the poles, so that the serious resource waste is caused, the underground humidity and water can enter buried ends of the cement poles easily, and particularly mineral substances in saline and alkaline areas can easily cause the phenomenon that the buried ends of pole bodies are corroded so as to enable the strength of the pole bodies to be reduced and the service life of the telegraph poles to be influenced. The electric power safety protection sleeve comprises two conical macromolecule sleeves (1), wherein the two conical macromolecule sleeves are connected through welding or bolting; enhanced-performance graphite layers (2) are arranged on the bottom ends of the conical macromolecule sleeves; grounded ground-rings (3) are arranged under the enhanced-performance graphite layers. The invention is applied in the electric power safety protection sleeve.
