The invention provides an intelligent door lock system and an intelligent reminding method. The intelligent door lock system comprises an intelligent door lock, a cloud server and a hand-held terminal; when a user configures the intelligent door lock by use of the hand-held terminal, relevant geographical position information is uploaded to the cloud server; the hand-held terminal and the intelligent door lock are capable of determining the position and the state of the user by virtue of Bluetooth connection; the intelligent door lock regularly reports the relevant information of the door to the cloud server; the cloud server decides a reminding way and whether or not to transmit according to the time, position and state at the moment. The intelligent door lock system is capable of obtaining the geographical position information and the environmental information of the user by use of the hand-held terminal and the user does not configure manually and repeatedly; a remote monitoring function is provided, so that an alarm can be given as soon as possible in case of exception; as a result, the safety of the door lock is improved.
