Temperature-stable microwave dielectric ceramics Li<2>LaVO<5> with low dielectric constants
The invention discloses a temperature-stable microwave dielectric ceramics Li<2>LaVO<5> with low dielectric constants and a method for manufacturing the temperature-stable microwave dielectric ceramics. The temperature-stable microwave dielectric ceramics can be sintered at low temperatures. The method includes (1), weighing and portioning original powder of Li<2>CO<3>, La<2>O<3> and V<2>O<5> according to composition of the Li<2>LaVO<5>; (2), mixing raw materials obtained in the step (1) with one another by means of wet ball milling for 12 hours, drying the materials and preliminarily burning the materials in air atmosphere at the temperature of 650 DEG C for 6 hours to obtain powder; (3), adding adhesion agents into the powder obtained in the step (2), granulating the powder, pressing and molding the powder and sintering the powder in air atmosphere at the temperature of 700-750 DEG C for 4 hours. The purity of the original powder is higher than 99.9 (by weight). Distilled water is used as a ball milling medium. The adhesion agents comprise polyvinyl alcohol liquor with the mass concentration of 5%, and the add amount of polyvinyl alcohol accounts for 3% of the total mass of the powder. The temperature-stable microwave dielectric ceramics and the method have the advantages that the ceramics can be excellently sintered at the temperatures lower than 750 DEG C, the dielectric constants of the ceramics reach 21.1-21.8, values of quality factors Qf of the temperature-stable microwave dielectric ceramics reach 89000-117000GHz, the ceramics have low temperature coefficients of resonance frequencies and have great application values in the industry.
