Hot spraying high-strength ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a hot spraying high-strength ceramic. Raw materials of the hot spraying high-strength ceramic include, by weight, 45-55 parts of aluminum oxide, 11-15 parts of refractory clay, 10-16 parts of silicon dioxide, 2-3 parts of shell powder, 3-5 parts of stone powder, 6-8 parts of boron nitride, 3-5 parts of manganese dioxide, 4-6 parts of polyethylene glycol, 3-7 parts of kaolin, 1-5 parts of silica sol, 7-9 parts of calcium formate, 1-2 parts of hydroxymethyl cellulose, 5-7 parts of sodium lignin sulfonate, 3-5 parts of paraffin, 4-6 parts of rare-earth composite powder and an appropriate amount of deionized water. The rare-earth composite powder comprises, in weight percent, 21-23% of Pr, 13-18% of Sc, 3-7% of Gd, 9-12% of Ho, 6-9% of Eu and the balance La, and the sum of components is 100%. The ceramic is fine and hard in texture, has high hardness and wear resistance, the toughness and the wear resistance of ceramics are enhanced by adding carbon fibers, the heat resistance and the wear resistance of the ceramics can be enhanced by adding the shell powder, and a coating made of the ceramics is fine in crack resistance and long in service life.
