The invention relates to an anti-crack ceramic for thermal spraying. The anti-crack ceramic for thermal spraying comprises, by weight, 35-42 parts of aluminum oxide, 18-22 parts of silicon dioxide, 13-17 parts of zinc tetrahydroxychromate, 3-5 parts of potassium hydroxide, 6-8 parts of nano-zinc oxide, 4-6 parts of manganese dioxide, 2-4 parts of feldspar, 1-3 parts of triethanolamine, 2-4 parts of kaolin, 2-4 parts of silica sol, 7-9 parts of calcium formate, 3-7 parts of tetraethoxysilane, 3-5 parts of paraffin, 2-5 parts of rare earth composite powder and defined amount of deionized water. The rare earth composite powder comprises, by weight, 21%-26% of Pr, 16%-23% of Ho, 5%-9% of Gd, 4%-7% of Sm, 16%-18% of Eu and the balance La, and the sum of all components is 100%. According to the anti-crack ceramic for thermal spraying, the ceramic is delicate and hard, hardness and abrasion resistance are extremely high, carbon fibers are added so that tenacity and abrasion resistance of the ceramic are improved, manganese dioxide is added so that heat resistance and abrasion resistance of the ceramic can be improved, and a coating that is produced by the ceramic is good in crack resistance and long in service life.
