Ecological energy-saving ceramic glazed tile and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an ecological energy-saving ceramic glazed tile and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of novel building materials. The ceramic glazed tile is prepared from a preform body and a glaze through integrated molding and sintering. The preform body is prepared through the following steps: mixing a preform body main material, a pore forming agent and a binder according to a mass ratio of 55-85 to 5-20 to 10-25); carrying out homogenization; and then carrying out ageing for at least 24 hours. The glaze is prepared through the following steps: mixing a glaze main material and a binder according to a mass ratio of 85-90 to 10-15; carrying out homogenization; and then carrying out ageing for at least 24 hours. Since the ecological energy-saving ceramic glazed tile provided by the invention uses industrial waste like fly ash and red mud, the ceramic glazed tile has low cost and realizes ecological environmental protection; due to usage of a serrated special transition layer structure, the defect of poor bonding performance of the preform body and the glaze in a traditional glazing process is overcome; the preform body and the glaze are integratedly molded, so the preparation method is simple; the ceramic glazed tile is prepared through one-shot low temperature sintering, so cost can be significantly reduced; and the ceramic glazed tile has multiple integrated excellent properties like decoration performance, resistance to permeation and water seepage, and self heat insulation performance.
