Tank baseplate taper repair method of large steel vertical storage tank ring wall foundation
The invention discloses a tank baseplate taper repair method of a large steel vertical storage tank ring wall foundation. The method comprises the following steps: (1) a vertical grouting hole is formed in the circle center of a tank baseplate; (2) a sleeve valve grouting pipe is inserted in the vertical grouting hole; and a slurry valve is arranged; (3) slurry is continuously grouted to repair a taper; (4) a first-ring auxiliary grouting hole and a second-ring auxiliary grouting hole are arranged at the bottom of a tank; (5) sleeve valve grouting pipes are inserted in the first-ring auxiliary grouting hole and the second-ring auxiliary grouting hole; and slurry valves are arranged; (6) the uneven part of the tank baseplate is grouted and reinforced to repair the levelness; and (7) the vertical grouting hole, the first-ring auxiliary grouting hole and the second-ring auxiliary grouting hole on the tank baseplate are cleaned and filled with asphalt sand for sealing; an opening steel plate of the tank baseplate is reset for welding and sealing, and is vacuumized for checking the tightness; and a new steel plate is covered for welding and pressure testing. The method dose not change a traditional tank structure, and uses a sleeve valve pipe grouting method for gradually hoisting a soil mass to support the tank bottom; the grouting process is finished by a ventilating port door of the tank; and the repair method is simple, reliable and low in cost.
