The invention provides a urine rinse-free type dual purpose toilet. The urine rinse-free type dual purpose toilet comprises a toilet base, a water tank mounted above the toilet base, a urine collecting pool and a excrement collecting pool positioned in the toilet base, and a dual channel discharging component positioned at the bottom of the toilet base, wherein the dual channel discharging component is a three-way pipeline, one pipeline is connected with the urine collecting pool, one pipeline is connected with the excrement collecting pool, and the other pipeline is connected with the discharging pipeline. The connection part between the urine collecting pool and the dual channel discharging component is provided with a discharging smell defence component, and an S bend aftertaste preventing pipeline is arranged between the excrement collecting pool and the dual channel discharging component. Compared with the prior art, the same toilet is adopted for urine and excrement, and the urine is rinse-free type for saving water, the sealing effect is good, the maintenance is simple and bacterial odor pollution is not generated.
