The invention discloses an anti-blockage device and an anti-blockage method for a drainage pipeline. The anti-blockage device comprises a pipeline body used for medium flow, a water voltage detection unit arranged in the pipeline body and used for detecting the medium pressure in the pipeline body in real time, a control unit having electric signal connection with the water voltage detection unit and sending out corresponding commands according to signals of the water voltage detection unit, a warning unit in electric signal connection with the control unit, a stirring unit arranged in the pipeline body and having electric signal connection with the control unit, and a communication unit having electric signal connection with the control unit. Through arranging the water voltage detection unit, control unit, warning unit and stirring unit in the pipeline body and arranging the communication unit, the anti-blockage device is simple in structure, intelligent and capable of providing comprehensive and whole time-space drainage pipeline running situations for a user, timely processing the drainage pipeline blockage and avoiding inconveniences caused by pipeline blockage.
