Stainless steel connecting piece for prefabricated concrete sandwich insulation wall
The invention belongs to the technical field of civil engineering, and in particular, relates to a stainless steel connecting piece for a prefabricated concrete sandwich insulation wall. The connecting piece consists of a stainless steel rod, an inverted conical cross rib and a lantern ring. The stainless steel connecting piece is characterized by adopting the stainless steel rod as a main body of the connecting piece, adopting the inverted conical cross rib to enhance the anchoring performance of the connecting piece in concrete and adopting the lantern ring matched with the insulation layer in thickness to conveniently mount the connecting piece. The stainless steel rod body and the inverted conical cross rib of the connecting piece are integrated cast by a mold; the lantern ring adopts a thermoplastic material; and a thermoplastic process is adopted to mold after the molding of the stainless steel rod body and the cross rib. The connecting piece is low in heat conducting coefficient and excellent in fire resistance and durability, and can be used for connecting inner and outer concrete slabs of the prefabricated concrete sandwich insulation wall to form a novel sandwich insulation wall integrating the structure with the function.
