The invention discloses an expanded glass bead inorganic thermal mortar external thermal insulation system, and belongs to the technical field of external wall insulation. The system comprises a basal wall body, an anti-crack mortar layer and a facing layer, and further comprises a waterproof layer, a glass bead inorganic thermal mortar layer and a galvanized steel wire net, wherein the waterproof layer is smeared at the outer side of the basic wall body; glass beads and mortar are uniformly mixed and smeared on the surface of the waterproof layer to form the glass bead inorganic thermal mortar layer; the galvanized steel wire net is bonded at the outer side of the glass bead inorganic thermal mortar layer, and is fixed on the glass bead inorganic thermal mortar layer through anchor bolts and the anti-crack mortar. The expanded glass bead inorganic thermal mortar external thermal insulation system adopts the glass beads and the mortar for mixing to form the insulation layer; the insulation layer is smeared on an external wall in a mortar form, so that the insulation layer and the wall body are tighter in connection, and the insulation layer is not liable to fall down; and the two surfaces of the insulation water are provided with the waterproof layers to prevent the water seepage of the external wall.
