Method for on-site processing stirrup and stirrup processing field
The present invention discloses a method for on-site processing stirrup and a stirrup processing field. The method for on-site processing stirrup comprises steps of: opening an individual rectangular stirrup processing field on the stirrup processing field and dividing the stirrup processing field into a raw material stacking region, a stirrup processing region, a finished products region and a waste material region; laying rails on two sides of the stirrup processing field along the length direction, the rails being provided with a door-type crane for conveying raw materials stacked in the raw material stacking region to the stirrup processing region, a hood bending machine being arranged in the stirrup processing region, a gantry crane with electric hoist being provided for conveying finished stirrup products to the finished products region, all stirrups required in the engineering being provided by the stirrup processing field. The method for on-site processing stirrup and the stirrup processing field of the invention allow an automatic and non-stop bending profiling process and have the characteristics of continuous production, less raw material waste, reduced cost, and increased size accuracy and shape accuracy.
