The invention discloses a water stop strip of aluminum alloy door and window. The water stop strip comprises a body, the body comprises a first step and a second step higher than the first step, an abdominal cavity is arranged in the body, and the abdominal cavity is divided into a plurality of hollow cavities by a plurality of ribs; a plurality of arc-shaped water guide grooves are concavely formed in the surfaces of the first step and second step, the side wall at the joint between the first step and second step depresses inward to form a first water collecting groove, and water absorption material is arranged in the first water collecting groove; two clamp parts and a division bar are downward arranged at the outer wall of the lower end of the body, each clamp part is provided with a central cavity, the central cavity is divided into two hollow cavities by a horizontal strip, and the division bar is located between the two clamp parts; a second water collecting groove which extends towards the outside is arranged at each of two ends of the body, and the water absorption material is also arranged in each second water collecting groove. The water stop strip of the aluminum alloy door and window protects a thermal insulation strip from external force damage and effectively reduces the sun-resistant, impact-resistant and the like material demands of the thermal insulation strip; the water stop strip is simple in structure, reasonable in design and good in water tightness.
