A feeding method for lime mud of lime kiln and feeding equipment thereof
The invention provides a feeding method for lime mud of a lime kiln and feeding equipment, namely a triple feeding process for lime mud of a lime kiln. The method includes conveying wet lime mud from a causticization workshop section into a first feeding pushing device; allowing the wet lime mud to enter a riser tube of a flash dryer and to enter into a cyclone separator through a regulation baffle plate along with a rising flue gas stream; discharging the dried lime mud from the bottom of the cyclone separator; allowing the dried lime mud to drop to a lime mud sliding pipe; and conveying the dried lime mud to the bottom of a feeding end of the lime kiln by a second feeding pushing device, wherein when the wet lime mud which does not rise along with the flue gas stream in the riser tube of the flash dryer falls to the bottom of the flash dryer, the wet lime mud can be pushed to the feeding end of the kiln by a third pushing device. The method and the equipment can ensure drying effects of the lime mud, are well-adapted to changes of load and the dryness degree of the lime mud, and can effectively overcome the problem that ineffective circulation occurs due to material accumulation at the bottom of the flash dryer and due to that lime mud is taken away along with flue gas.

The method and the equipment can ensure drying effects of the lime mud, are well-adapted to changes of load and the dryness degree of the lime mud, and can effectively overcome the problem that ineffective circulation occurs due to material accumulation at the bottom of the flash dryer and due to that lime mud is taken away along with flue gas.
