Zirconia-zirconium boride double-layer composite ceramic heating element and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a zirconia-zirconium boride double-layer composite ceramic heating element. The heating section and transition section of the heating element are both composed of an inner layer and outer layer ceramic structure, the inner layer is a solid core structure ZrB2 matrix composite ceramic, and the outer layer is ZrO2 matrix composite ceramic. The ZrO2 matrix composite ceramic is prepared from ZrO2 composite powder, ZrO2 composite powder is prepared from ZrO2, Cao, Y2O3, Al2O3, CeO2, MgO and TiO2. The ZrB2 matrix composite ceramic is prepared from ZrB2, SiC, B4C, Zr, B, C and ZrO2 composite powder materials. The heating element provided by the invention can provide 2000-2100DEG C high temperature in an oxidation environment, and effectively overcomes the defects of complex double heating systems during use of a zirconia heating element, poor antioxidant ability of zirconium diboride composite ceramic heating element in an oxidizing atmosphere above 1800DEG C, and the like.
