High-temperature-resistant high-pressure-resistant composite material heat-insulating plate and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to a high-temperature-resistant high-pressure-resistant composite material heat-insulating plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The heat-insulating plate comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-35 parts of adhesive, 2-25 parts of heat-insulating property improver, 40-95 parts of substrate, 5-10 parts of reinforcing material, 5-15 parts of furnace slag, 1-4 parts of foaming agent and 1-2.4 parts of foam stabilizer. The method comprises the following steps: proportionally adding the substrate and reinforcing material into a plow-type mixer, mixing, proportionally adding the rest of components into the high-speed plow-type mixer, mixing, putting the obtained mixture into a mold, pressing, sintering the formed heat-insulating plate at high temperature, cooling the sintered heat-insulating plate to room temperature, and machining to obtain the high-temperature-resistant high-pressure-resistant composite material heat-insulating plate. Compared with the prior art, the high-temperature-resistant high-pressure-resistant composite material heat-insulating plate has the advantages of low heat conductivity coefficient, high strength, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance and the like, and the long-term service temperature can reach 200 DEG C above.
