The present invention discloses a high-pressure grouting machine, which comprises a material hopper, a tee connected to the material hopper, a power structure and a conveying structure, wherein a helical blade is arranged in the inner cavity of the tee and is positioned on the first through port of the tee, and the second through port of the tee is provided with a filtration screen. With the technical scheme of the present invention, the slurry entering the tee can be subjected to sufficient uniform-blending and filtration, such that it is ensured that the slurry passing through the pipeline can not produce clogging.
