Railway T-beam rescue trolley and rescue method
The invention relates to a railway T-beam rescue trolley and rescue method. The railway T-beam rescue trolley comprises a trolley frame which bestrides a machine arm of a bridge girder erection machine. A walking wheel assembly, a walking driving device, a hoisting planetary winch, a fixed pulley assembly and a locking device are arranged on the trolley frame. A movable pulley assembly is arranged on the lower portion of the trolley frame and arranged on a lifting hook box assembly. When one girder lifting trolley on the bridge girder erection machine has failures, the hoisting planetary winch of the rescue trolley and a hoisting mechanism of another girder lifting trolley on the bridge girder erection machine are started at the same time, and therefore lifting of a T-beam is achieved through lifting of the lifting hook box assembly. The machine arm of the bridge girder erection machine is used as the carrier, no special requirement for the operating space of the railway T-beam rescue trolley exists, the hoisting capacity is high, work efficiency is high, safety is good, and the railway T-beam rescue trolley can be used for rescue work on great rivers, hilly lands where tunnels and bridges are connected and special districts where lines are close to existing lines, and is high in adaptability.
