A plurality of trampling pavements facilitating passing are arranged on the reinforcing wall at 10-20m intervals and formed by dike enclosing bricks. Corresponding trampling bosses are arranged above the outer side surface of the dike enclosing bricks. The dike enclosing bricks are laid into trampling pavements, and the trampling bosses are laid in step shape. People can pass smoothly on the slope of the dike as needed. The problem that a steep slope of the dike is hard to walk on can be solved.
