Meanwhile, a first oil drive cylinder, a second oil drive cylinder, a third oil drive cylinder and a fourth oil drive cylinder simultaneously stretch and retract ceaselessly, so that a rhombus frame is driven to move back and forth up and down, multiple first cutter teeth at the lower portion of the rhombus frame and multiple second cutter teeth in the rhombus frame cut oil in the rhombus frame and outside the stirring head when moving back and forth up and down, the soil and water are stirred to form slurry, and the slurry flows from the inner sides of holes to the outer sides of the holes to form rhombus holes.
