Disclosed in the invention is a positioning structure of a hydraulic pile driver. The positioning structure comprises an anchoring pile and a hydraulic power component; the hydraulic power component provides power of lifting and falling down for the anchoring pile; and the anchoring pile is sleeved with a positioning structure unit. The positioning structure unit includes a support and a guide sleeve; and the support and the guide sleeve are connected by a rotation component. On the basis of the technical scheme, after the positioning structure unit fixedly connected with the ground sleeves the anchoring pile, the angle can be changed with less time conveniently; and the ground pile can be impacted precisely.
