High-strength wear resistance steel bucket
The invention discloses a high-strength wear resistance steel bucket. The materials of a bucket wall plate is high-strength wear resistance steel, and the wall thickness of the bucket wall plate is 7 mm. After the high-strength steel bucket experiences an 818.8 h of long-time work condition test, the overall structure is small in deformation and lower in wear extent, the characteristics that the deformation is larger in middle of the bucket and small in two sides of the bucket and the wear extent is large in front end of the bucket and small in back portion of the bucket are achieved, and the operation characteristics of the bucket are fitted. Improved by the work condition test, compared with an original bucket, the high-strength steel bucket has the advantages that the structural strength is enhanced, and the wear extent is small (specific test data of the original bucket are not supplied, and therefore quantitative comparison is not performed here). In addition, according to the feedback of specific operation personnel at a testing ground, the complete machine control performance and operation efficiency are certainly improved.
