The invention relates to the field of sanitary and bathroom equipment, in particular to a water-saving type toilet bowl. A self-sealing flushing water-saving type toilet bowl comprises a water tank mechanism and a toilet seat mechanism, a bottom drainage opening of the toilet seat mechanism is communicated with a water sealing pipe, a water outlet of the water tank mechanism is communicated with a water inlet of the toilet seat mechanism through a flushing pipeline, a controller is further installed on the water-saving type toilet bowl, one or more water quality sensors connected to the controller are arranged in the water sealing area, connected with the water sealing pipe, of the drainage opening, an electromagnetic valve is arranged in the flushing pipeline, and the controller is in control connection with the electromagnetic valve according to signals of the water quality sensor. According to the self-sealing flushing water-saving type toilet bowl, when the quality of water in the water sealing area reaches the standard, the controller controls to close the electromagnetic valve on the flushing pipeline, and waste caused by unnecessary flushing is avoided; in addition, in order to avoid affecting normal flushing of the toilet bow when the power is off, the electromagnetic valve uses the normally open mode and is specially suitable for being applied to toilet bowls of public places.
