The invention discloses an eco-friendly cascading-type concentrated seawater discharging method, which comprises steps of presetting, putting into production and capacity expansion. If the concentrated seawater discharging amount is further expanded according to requirements of a post project, a flange seal head at the tail end of a releasing straight trunk pipe is opened, a slightly large pipe diameter construction space is preserved, corresponding expansion is executed conveniently, a buoyancy force is provided, and an original newly-cut pine block can be removed conveniently. As a certain buoyancy force is provided while expansion is facilitated, a corresponding matched buoyancy force can be provided for the overall device. Advantages of good preservation and quick construction are provided, and emergency treatment demands can be met. In order to facilitate expansion of the releasing straight trunk pipe, a column-shaped object whose diameter is slightly larger than that of the releasing straight trunk pipe is additionally arranged at the tail end of the releasing straight trunk pipe. The eco-friendly cascading-type concentrated seawater discharging method has the advantages that bottom seawater can be used for diluting; resistance loss is low; diluting effects are good; an engineering preservation degree is good; landslide is prevented; and a capacity expansion emergency ability is strong.
