The invention discloses a producing method for preparing a heat preservation filling material by enteromorpha prolifera. The producing method comprises the following steps: (1) cleaning treatment: cleaning fresh enteromorpha prolifera; (2) dewatering treatment: putting the cleaned enteromorpha prolifera into a dewatering device for dewatering treatment; (3) enteromorpha prolifera surface water-repellency treatment: immersing the dewatered enteromorpha prolifera into a water-repellency treatment agent to completely immerse the enteromorpha prolifera; (4) drying treatment: putting the enteromorpha prolifera subjected to water-repellency treatment into a drying device for drying; (5) packaging: packaging a dried enteromorpha prolifera rolled material. As the enteromorpha prolifera has flame retardancy and is subjected to water-repellency treatment, the heat preservation enteromorpha prolifera material can be completely used for pipeline heat preservation treatment and wall body heat preservation treatment and in any places needing heat preservation treatment. A heat preservation wall body filled with the enteromorpha prolifera can be prevented from being wetted, and the cost is low; the conventional heat preservation material does not have the flame retardancy; therefore the heat preservation filling material is used as a heat preservation material, so that the fireproof safety of the wall body is greatly improved.
