The present invention discloses a semi grouting bush, which comprises a cylinder steel pipe (1), a compression spring (6) arranged in the cylinder steel pipe (1), a grouting end plug (2) arranged on the inner side of one end of the cylinder steel pipe (1), and a dowel bar end plug (3) arranged on the inner side of the other end of the cylinder steel pipe (1), wherein the grouting end plug (2) and the dowel bar end plug (3) are connected with inner threads (7) on both ends of the cylinder steel pipe (1), the inner side of the dowel bar end plug (3) is provided with a clamping sheet (4), and the compression spring (6) is pressed and embedded between the grouting end plug (2) and the dowel bar end plug (3). According to the present invention, the novel bush has advantages of wide material sources, simple processing production, superior force applying mechanism, reliable performance, substantial application range expanding and the like, and further has characteristics of substantial bush production cost reducing, easy promotion application in engineering practice, and wide engineering application prospects.
