Self-cleaning fireproof wall body material
The invention discloses a self-cleaning fireproof wall body material. The self-cleaning fireproof wall body material comprises four parts including a heat preservation layer, a glue adhesive layer, frosted glass and a hydrophilic layer. The heat preservation layer is made of vitrified expanded perlite powder. The glue adhesive layer is made of inorganic adhesives. The frosted glass is formed by etching silicate glass through hydrofluoric acid. The thickness of the frosted glass ranges from 0.1 mm to 5 mm. The hydrofluoric acid layer is a nanometer TiO2 thin film splashed on the surface of the frosted glass. The thickness of the hydrofluoric acid layer ranges from 10 nm to 100 nm. The self-cleaning performance of the surface of the wall body material is effectively improved, and meanwhile the wall body material has the fireproof function as well.
