The invention discloses asymmetric portal two-layer parking equipment. The parking equipment is suitable for the two-layer simple lifting equipment mode that as no table board is arranged on the lower layer, a vehicle on the lower layer is directly driven to a ground parking space for parking, and an upper table board is lifted vertically and the lower table board forward moving and rotating equipment mode that the vehicle on the lower layer is parked on a lower table board, the lower table board is moved forwards and rotated for avoidance, and the upper table board is lifted vertically, and therefore a driver can drive the vehicle into a garage through moving forwards or backwards without being hindered by a portal. The parking equipment has the advantages of being simple in structure, mature in technology and high in safety.
