The invention discloses a portable car carrying frame for a parking lot. The portable car carrying frame comprises a base frame, a fixed frame and a lifting frame, wherein the base frame consists of two crossbeam frames and a longitudinal beam frame; first comb teeth are arranged on the inner side of the longitudinal beam frame; a fixed plate is arranged on each of the both sides of the fixed frame; protrusive plates are arranged in the middle of the fixed plate; second comb teeth are arranged on each of the both ends of each protrusive plate; a lug boss is arranged above the lifting frame; third comb teeth are arranged on each of the both ends of the lifting frame; the second comb teeth are arranged below the first comb teeth; the third comb teeth are arranged below the second comb teeth. The portable car carrying frame for the parking lot can be used for successfully moving a car to a designated position by means of close fit of the base frame, the fixed frame and the lifting frame, is simple in structure and relatively low in cost, can well adapt to the market demands and has the capability of well solving the problem of shortage of parking spaces. The invention also discloses the portable car carrying frame for the parking lot and a working method of the portable car carrying frame.
