The invention discloses a novel green intelligent building system which comprises an intelligent control module, a remote control key device and a green module. The intelligent control module comprises a control host, an infrared ray signal transceiver, an alarm and a water treatment system and the like. The remote control key device comprises an infrared ray signal sending device, an infrared ray signal receiving device, an operation panel and a plurality of keys. The green module comprises a sensor, an infrared ray signal emitter, a sunshade screen, a net rack, a plant bench, an irrigation water tank, an irrigation water pipe, an air purification system, and a photovoltaic and wind power generation system. Outer walls of the building system are respectively added with a plant layer, so that air quality is improved, and intelligent control cost is low; the plant layer reduces heat loss and invasion of summer high temperature, has an outer wall decoration effect, and has a certain fire protection function to a high-rise building; a fire emergency system can carry out fire guidance effectively in time; and a sewage treatment system utilizes wind energy and solar energy to treat and recycle the sewage, so that energy saving and environmental protection effects are achieved.
