The invention discloses a key with pits provided with side walls for an anti-theft lock. The key comprises a key body and a key handle. The portion, close to a key rod, of the key body is provided with at least two pits matched with anti-theft pins of the anti-theft lock. The depth of the pits exceeds the center line of the thickness of the key body. The side walls are reserved on the two sides of the pits. The key is simple in structure, solid and durable, and can jack up the anti-theft pins inside the anti-theft lock on the condition of not being completely inserted into a lock cylinder due to the fact that the key body is provided with at least two pits, the lock cylinder can be freely rotated when the anti-theft pins completely fall into the pits, and other foreign matter is effectively prevented from rotating the lock cylinder due to the fact that the depth of the pits exceeds the center line of the thickness of the key body. Due to the fact that the side walls are reserved on the two sides of the pits, no material cost is added, and meanwhile the key rigidity and stress degree are improved.
